Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, port, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data. See our privacy notice for the legal basis and our practices.

How we handle your request

  • We respond within 30 days, extendable by up to two months for complex requests.
  • We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
  • There is no fee unless the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
  • You can lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) at any time.
