2. What we collect
- Information you provide via the contact form: name, email, organization and message content.
- Technical data needed to operate the site: IP address, browser user agent, request timestamps and basic device information.
- Optional analytics data about how pages are used, only if you accept analytics cookies.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Responding to enquiries — legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps (art. 6(1)(b)).
- Operating and securing the site, including preventing abuse — legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).
- Optional analytics — consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Meeting bookkeeping and other legal obligations — legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)).
4. Retention
Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any related business relationship, and then archived or deleted in line with our internal retention schedule. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.
5. Recipients and processors
We use carefully selected service providers to host the site, store form submissions and operate our internal systems. These processors act on our instructions under written data processing agreements. Data may be transferred outside the EEA only when appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You can exercise these rights through our data request form. You can also withdraw any consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
